  • Will Always Break For: Well-prepared food, a native trout stream, canine companions, a good laugh with my kids, mountain adventures with family and friends.
  • Pet Peeves: Poorly prepared food, minuscule quantities of food, confused food (confusion!)
  • perfect day: Adventures in the mountains with good family or friends until famished, chatting about the meal we will eat once the adventure is concluded, and, of course, the actual enjoyment of the meal and wine itself!
